Film and media professional uniting creative vision with global production strategy.

About Alberto Ludeña

I have 15+ years in broadcast, film, and digital media, with hands-on experience across design, VFX, on-set supervision, and post-production.

In the last two years, I expanded my executive training with Columbia University’s School of Engineering and Harvard Business School’s Business of Entertainment, Media, and Sports (BEMS) program—blending creative production expertise with strategic, business-focused execution.

I recently authored The International Film Commissions Guide, helping students and emerging professionals navigate global film hubs and trends in offshoring, while continuing to develop scalable, performance-informed media campaigns that align production, creative, and strategic objectives.

Author: The International Film Commissions Guide

The book is a resource for students and young filmmakers. It provides actionable insights on navigating international production in developing regions, accessing production incentives, and leveraging cutting-edge technologies such as virtual production, cloud-based workflows, and visual effects. The guide highlights the crucial role of local film commissions in fostering innovation, supporting local talent, and driving business growth in today’s dynamic film industry. With a foreword by Larry Sheffield, VP of Business & Legal Affairs at Paramount Global and Lecturer in Law at USC Gould School of Law, this guide offers in-depth insights into emerging film markets across Spain, Italy, and parts of Asia.
